Ingredients:
92% of saturated fatty acids (in the form of triglycerides); most of these (about 70%) are medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs).

(The major fatty acid components of coconut oil are 49% lauric acid and 20% myristic acid. Smaller amounts of secondary fatty acids include 8% palmitic acid, 7% caprylic acid, 5% capric acid and 3% stearic acid.
