The name BABO is an Italian wine making term, referring to the measurement of Baume. The Babo Chianti begins with an aromatic cherry and blueberry taste, then the palate shows juicy cherry and darker fruits. Cherry pip also. Light of weight through the mouth, quite effortless. Acidity is fine and unobtrusive perfectly pitched with a lick of fine ‘al dente ‘tannin complementing.
